Hasan Bozkurt

Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee

Hasan Bozkurt, born in 1964 in the Gürün district of Sivas, completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Sivas. He graduated in 1988 from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance).

Mr. Bozkurt began his career in academia, serving for a short period as a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration at Süleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He subsequently held various managerial and auditing positions for many years across different segments of the financial sector, particularly in insurance companies, private pension companies, and investment funds.

Holding the titles of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Independent Auditor, Mr. Bozkurt continues to provide consultancy services, as well as conduct special purpose reporting and reporting for judicial and administrative authorities within the scope of his professional career.
